Advice on batch wedding mocktail that would be easy to spike

We have a lot of family that doesn’t drink, so I would love a specialty mocktail that could be batch made, but that can be easily spiked with liquor for those that would like that. Fiancé’s specialty cocktail will use whiskey, so Im thinking rum or tequila for this. Not a fan of gin. Any suggestions that would make a great mocktail that would still taste delicious adding a kicker? Or is that not feasible?
