London bars that open at noon!

I’m looking to maximise my cocktail time before some live music at 7pm. Everywhere seems to open at 5pm but I’m sure there are some who have slipped through the cracks and open earlier!

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Soho / Covent Garden area is preferable but I’d be happy going out to Bethnal too.
