Infused-gin…I’m obsessed and want to make more.
I made earl grey tea-infused dry gin the other night for the famous Earl Grey MarTEAni. And holy moly…that is a great drink. Really blew my mind. I love gin sours in general, but I was worried the tea might make for a bitter bite I didn’t want. I need not have worried. I infused for about two hours and it was perfect.
So now I’m obsessed with the idea of infusing stuff.
What should I try next?
