Fill Your Cup of Cheer With These 11 Christmas Cocktails!

Nothing says Christmas like a delicious spiked apple cider or a gingerbread espresso martini! Get cozy this holiday season with fun libations from Brugal 1888, E11EVEN Vodka, and more!

Candy Cane Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • 1-2 oz. Bevi Lime Mint Sparkling Water, (set flavor to high)
  • 3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 oz. Half-and-Half (or 1 part heavy cream to 1 part whole milk)
  • Crushed Hard Peppermint Candy Rim

Preparation

  1. Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, creme de cacao, half-and-half, and then shake.
  2. Top off with Bevi Lime Mint sparkling water, setting flavor to high.
  3. Strain into a martini glass with a peppermint candy rim.
  4. Add rosemary sprig for garnish.

Grinch Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Midori Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Clear Rum
  • 3.5 oz. Bevi Lemon Sparkling Water (set flavor to high)
  • 3.5 oz. Bevi Key Lime Sparkling Water (set flavor to high)

Preparation

  1. Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add Midori Liqueur and rum.
  2. Top with Bevi Lemon and Bevi Key Lime sparkling water, setting the flavor to high.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

1888 Coquito

Ingredients

  • 11.83 oz. of Brugal 1888 Rum
  • 13.5 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 10.8 oz. Coconut Cream
  • 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 oz. Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Ice to serve (optional)
  • Pinch of Nutmeg or Cinnamon, to serve

Preparation

  1. Pour the rum, coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla into a blender.
  2. Blitz to combine, then pour into a large jug and add the cinnamon stick.
  3. Chill for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
  4. Will keep in the fridge for up to four days.
  5. When you're ready to serve, stir the Coquito, then pour small measures over ice, if using, and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.

1888 Festive Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1.7 oz. Brugal 1888 Rum
  • .34 oz Spiced Tea Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Preparation

  1. Stir over ice and strain into a glass with ice, cubed.
  2. Garnish with half of a fresh fig.

In Dominican Christmas celebrations, dried fruit and spices are very common. This cocktail is a play on the classic Old Fashioned, using traditional spiced flavors to draw out the cacao and honey notes of Brugal 1888 to create a festive treat!

Santa’s Cider

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. E11EVEN Vodka
  • 4 oz. Hot Apple Cider
  • 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Light Agave Nectar

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a warmed toddy glass rimmed with cinnamon.
  2. Stir with cinnamon stick to mix flavors.
  3. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Mi11k and Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. E11EVEN Vodka
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp of Ginger Powder
  • ½ tsp of Pure Vanilla Flavor
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper or Chipotle Powder
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • Cookie of choice, to top

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Slowly bring to a simmer, stirring often.
  3. Serve warm in a mug and garnish with cookie crumbles.

Holly Jolly Jubilee

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Original
  • 1 ½ oz. Port-Style Wine
  • ¼ oz. Maple Syrup
  • ¼ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Muddled Pear and Apple Juice

Preparation

  1. Build ingredients in a shaker with ice and muddle.
  2. Strain into glass and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and apple slice.
